This is why Life in Green (H) will never be a large commercial operation. 54 acres is not a limitation — it is a deliberate choice. It is the size at which we can guarantee that every plot receives the care it deserves, every season, without exception.

What families usually ask before visiting.
Can a non-farmer legally buy agricultural land in Karnataka & Telangana?
This is the question we get most often, and it's an important one. Land eligibility rules vary by state and by the classification of the specific parcel, and they can change. We walk every associate through the exact legal position for our land — including title documents, registration process, and any applicable restrictions — during your farm visit, with full documentation available for your own legal review. We'd always encourage you to have your own advocate verify this independently before you commit.
Is this an investment scheme, or an actual land purchase?
It is an actual land purchase — registered legally in your name, with clear title. It is not a fund, a timeshare, or a returns-based investment product. We do not promise or imply any financial return; the value we offer is a working food source and an asset you own outright.
How much does a plot cost?
Pricing depends on plot size, farm location, and current availability, and we discuss exact figures during your farm visit rather than publishing them online — this lets us walk you through what's included (registration, farming support, infrastructure access) alongside the number.
What if I want to farm my own plot myself, some of the time?
Absolutely welcome. Many associates enjoy getting hands-on during their pleasure visits — planting, weeding, harvesting alongside our team. Our full-time team ensures the land is never left uncared for, but this isn't meant to shut you out of the process.
Can I sell my plot later, or pass it to my children?
Since it's registered in your name with clear legal title, it is your asset to transfer, inherit, or sell as you would any owned land — subject to standard property law. We're happy to talk through what that process looks like when you visit.
Is the produce certified organic?
Our farming practices are zero-pesticide and non-commercial by design — the trust here comes from ownership and transparency rather than a third-party label. If formal certification matters to you, ask us about current certification status during your visit.
What's the difference between the Zaheerabad and Mominpet farms?
Mominpet is our original pilot farm, active for over 15 years, where we developed our farming SOPs and trialled commercial crops. Zaheerabad is our newer, larger project, built directly on that experience. Both are working farms open for visits, and both offer plots to associates — Zaheerabad currently has more availability.
I understood you are doing collective farming. Can this reduce the farming cost?
Yes, naturally. Because all associate plots are farmed together as one coordinated operation, we can automate many agricultural activities and share resources across the farm — which brings down labour costs and reduces overheads like farm security, supervision, and equipment that would be far more expensive if every family tried to manage their own plot independently.
